  • Assets are processed within 72 hours of requisition. You will receive a tracking signal via email once the item has cleared the vault.

  • Move with intent. Because our runs are limited and sovereign, all sales are final. If an asset arrives with a technical defect, contact the Architect immediately.

  • We don't do "backorders." Once an asset is moved to THE ARCHIVE, it is considered out of circulation. If you missed the signal, wait for the next drop.
